We asked this month’s Woman of Spirit – podcast presenter and founder of Celebrate Yourself, Sarah Powell, to pick her top five designs from our new spring collection, Journey to Elsewhere.
Throughout 2021, we’re celebrating women who are working to make a real difference in the world: the leaders, the freethinkers and the voices for change that inspire us every day at Radley London. For February, we’ve been joined by columnist and podcast presenter, Sarah Powell – a woman dedicated to the message of self-celebration. Read more about her mission in our interview.
Here, befitting to her optimistic outlook, she picks the designs that bring her the most joy from our latest collection…
“One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. Two dogs kissing on a red heart? Heaven. Also my birthday is on Valentine’s Day so I’m going to pretend Radley designed this bag just for me.”
“Everyone wants to be Beth in The Queen’s Gambit. Get a fringe, a chess set and this gorgeous little number over your shoulder and you’re there.”
“This bag means business. It says ‘I’ll take the window seat and that nice table and a welcome cocktail. And so will my three friends, thank you.’ It’s aspiration to living your best life in bag form.”
“I want a bag you can fit eight notebooks, a bag of popcorn and a cheese straw pastry into. This does it whilst looking completely gorgeous and effortlessly chic. Also I love a bag you can bash about and it will still look as firm as a Granny Smith apple.”
“This is not a bumbag, this is a Radley London bumbag. Super cool, fits loads in and leaves your hands free to eat an almond croissant. There is nothing here not to love.”
Thank you, Sarah – and Happy Birthday for 14th February from everyone at Radley London x
